Do we need separate attorneys?
We can prepare the MSA, but we represent only one party. Your spouse should have their own attorney review the agreement before signing. This protects everyone.
What if we have a house or retirement accounts?
We'll include all necessary provisions. Complex assets may require additional documents like QDROs for retirement accounts, which we can discuss.
Is this included in the uncontested packages?
Yes! Our uncontested divorce packages include the MSA. This standalone service is for couples who are handling their own filing or working with another attorney.

Not included: Court filing fee ($425.16 total, includes 4% convenience fee) and notary fee ($50 per signing session) are paid separately and are not included in this price.
