Do we both need to take the parenting course?
Yes, Florida requires both parents to complete a 4-hour parenting course before the divorce can be finalized. We'll provide approved course information.
Do I have to go to court?
No. When both parties sign all documents and waive service, no court appearance is required. We handle everything by filing.
What if we agree on custody but not support?
Child support in Florida follows guidelines based on income and time-sharing. We'll calculate the guideline amount, which usually resolves any dispute.
