How long will my divorce take?
Most uncontested divorces without children finalize in 2 weeks or less once both parties sign. Florida has no waiting period for divorces without children.
Do I have to go to court?
No. When both parties sign all documents and waive service, no court appearance is required. We handle everything by filing.
What if we have children?
Choose our Uncontested (With Kids) package, which includes parenting plan preparation and child support calculation.
What if my spouse won't agree?
We specialize in uncontested divorces where both parties agree. If your spouse won't cooperate, we can refer you to attorneys who handle contested matters during a Deep Dive consultation.
