As a former felony prosecutor at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, I learned the importance of preparation and efficiency. But running my own family law practice, I kept hitting the same wall: staffing costs north of $300K per year, and still not enough hours in the day to give every client the attention they deserved.

In 2023, I started experimenting with AI—not the off-the-shelf tools that tech companies build for everyone, but something purpose-built for how I actually practice law. By late 2024, Victoria AI OS was born. I asked myself: "What if AI lived inside my case management system?"

The result is Resolute Divorce Law—a different kind of practice where technology handles the complexity so I can focus on what matters: guiding you through one of life's most difficult transitions with clarity, compassion, and competence.
