FloridaDivorce.law is the brand and technology platform operated by the Law Office of Antonio G. Jimenez. All legal services described on this Site are provided by Antonio G. Jimenez, Esq. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Site.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of this Site or contacting us through this Site does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship with the Law Office of Antonio G. Jimenez is only formed when you have signed a written engagement agreement and we have accepted your case.

Informational Purposes Only

The information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only and is not intended to be legal advice. The information on this Site may not reflect the most current legal developments and should not be relied upon without consulting with a qualified attorney.

No Guarantees

Every legal matter is different. We make no guarantees about the outcome of any legal matter. Past results do not guarantee future results. Any testimonials or case results described on this Site are not intended to be a guarantee, warranty, or prediction of the outcome of your legal matter.

Scope of Services

FloridaDivorce.law offers a single service: a flat-fee uncontested Florida divorce. Our representation is limited to that service and its defined scope:

  • Uncontested Divorce — $750 flat attorney fee. A complete uncontested dissolution of marriage, with or without minor children. When minor children are involved, the service also includes a parenting plan, a child support guidelines worksheet, and a UCCJEA affidavit — at the same flat fee. This service requires that you and your spouse agree on all terms and are both willing to sign the necessary documents.

We do not handle contested divorces, litigation, trials, appeals, or modifications or enforcement of existing court orders. If your matter is or becomes contested, we may refer you to attorneys in the Divorce.law network who handle those matters.

By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that our representation is limited to that specific service and its stated scope, and that you remain responsible for all other aspects of your legal matter unless you purchase an additional service. An attorney reviews and approves all documents before anything is filed.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of purchase. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods available through our payment processor, Stripe.

Processing Fees

A payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) is added to all purchases and shown as a separate line item at checkout. This fee covers credit card processing costs.

Additional Costs Not Included

Our service prices do not include third-party costs, which are your responsibility. These may include:

  • Court filing fee (approximately $425.16, including the ~4% convenience fee for card payments; varies by county)
  • Remote online notary fees ($50 per signing session)
  • Recording fees for deeds or other documents
  • Parenting course fees (in cases involving minor children)
  • Other costs specific to your case

Card on File for Court Costs

As a convenience, you may choose to securely place a payment card on file so that we can pay third-party costs (such as the court filing fee) on your behalf at the time of filing. Your card number is encrypted at rest; we do not store your card's CVV/security code — instead, we ask you for it at the time of filing to complete the payment. The card is used only for the costs you authorize. See our Privacy Policy for how this information is handled.

Refund Policy

The attorney fee is a flat fee that is earned upon payment, and is non-refundable, as set forth in the engagement agreement you sign. By purchasing a service, you agree to the refund terms in that agreement, which control. Third-party costs (such as court filing fees) paid on your behalf and payment processing fees are likewise non-refundable. If you have any questions about your fee, please contact us at antonio@divorce.law before purchasing.

AI Technology Disclosure

Our practice uses an AI assistant ("Victoria") to answer general questions, guide you through a structured intake after purchase, and assist with preparing your documents. Victoria provides information and intake assistance only — not legal advice. All documents and AI-assisted work are reviewed and approved by Antonio G. Jimenez, Esq. (Florida Bar #21022) before anything is filed. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to the use of AI technology in connection with your matter, subject to attorney review and supervision.
