Mediation Representation (Remote)
Up to 4 hours of Zoom mediation with attorney advocacy for any family law case
About This Service
Mediation is required in most Florida family law cases — divorce, paternity, child support, custody modifications, and more. Don't go alone. We'll attend your Zoom mediation with you, advocate for your interests, help you evaluate proposals, and ensure any agreement protects your rights. Having an attorney in your corner during mediation can make the difference between a fair settlement and one you regret.

Common Questions
Do I need my own attorney if there's a mediator?
The mediator is neutral and can't give you legal advice. Having your own attorney ensures someone is advocating specifically for YOUR interests.
What if mediation goes longer than 4 hours?
Most mediations complete within 4 hours. If it extends, additional time is billed at $350/hour.
Can mediation help us reach an agreement?
Yes! Mediation is designed to help couples find common ground. If you reach agreement, we can prepare your Marital Settlement Agreement and convert your case to uncontested.
+ $44.96 processing fee
Not included: Court filing fee ($425.16 total, includes 4% convenience fee) and notary fee ($50 per signing session) are paid separately and are not included in this price.
A payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) will be added at checkout as a separate line item.
