Common Questions
What's the difference between this and the full Uncontested Divorce package?
The DIY+ Bundle gives you attorney-prepared documents and a strategy session, but you handle the filing and any court appearances yourself. The Uncontested Divorce package includes everything—we file for you, handle all paperwork, and guide you through to final judgment.
Can I add a parenting plan if we have children?
Yes. You can purchase our Parenting Plan service separately ($395) or upgrade to our Uncontested (With Kids) package which includes everything you need.
What if my spouse doesn't agree to sign?
If your spouse won't sign voluntarily, you'll need formal service of process and potentially contested divorce services. We can discuss options during your strategy session.

Not included: Court filing fees ($300-$410 depending on case type and county, plus a ~4% statutory convenience fee for card payments), process server fees, notary fees, and other third-party costs are paid separately and are not included in this price.
A payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) will be added at checkout as a separate line item.
