What's the difference between this and the Uncontested Divorce package?
With DIY+ Coaching, you prepare and file the documents yourself using our templates and guidance. With the Uncontested Divorce package, we prepare all documents and handle filing for you. Choose DIY+ if you're comfortable with paperwork and want to save money.
Can I upgrade to full service later?
Absolutely. If you start with DIY+ Coaching and decide you want us to take over, we'll credit your $495 toward any full-service package.
How do the strategy calls work?
You can schedule your two 30-minute calls anytime during your case. Most clients use one at the beginning to plan their approach and one before filing or their hearing.
+ $15.10 processing fee
Not included: Court filing fees ($300-$410 depending on case type and county, plus a ~4% statutory convenience fee for card payments), process server fees, notary fees, and other third-party costs are paid separately and are not included in this price.
A payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) will be added at checkout as a separate line item.
