Why is it only $750?

Because you're not litigating. $750 isn't a discount on the work — it's the flat attorney fee for the work when there's nothing to fight about.

Traditional divorce becomes expensive because of conflict: discovery fights, depositions, contested hearings, mediation, expert valuations, custody disputes, support fights, and hourly back-and-forth. Those are the parts that run $5,000–$25,000 or more.

This service is only for Florida spouses who already agree. Because the scope is limited to uncontested cases, the process can be streamlined. Your documents are still prepared through an attorney-designed process and reviewed by Antonio G. Jimenez, Esq. · Florida Bar #21022 before anything is signed or filed. The $750 is the flat attorney fee for that limited uncontested work. Court filing fees (about $425) and the remote online notary are separate.

You don't need litigation pricing for a non-litigation divorce — but you still need attorney-drafted documents. Large dollar amounts don't make a case contested; disagreement does.

Is there a catch?

No catch — but there is a condition: both spouses must agree and be willing to sign. If your case involves unresolved disputes, hidden assets, safety concerns, contested custody, disputed support, or a need for formal discovery, this flat-fee service isn't the right fit, and we'll tell you before you're committed.
