Who do we represent?

Clear answer, up front — because it matters, especially when you're dividing meaningful assets.

The firm represents the purchasing spouse — the client. Your spouse may cooperate by signing the uncontested documents (such as the Waiver of Service and the Marital Settlement Agreement), but your spouse is not represented by the firm unless there is a separate written agreement.

Your spouse may choose to consult an independent attorney before signing. One attorney does not, and cannot, represent both spouses in the same dissolution.

Everything is prepared and reviewed by Antonio G. Jimenez, Esq. · Florida Bar #21022 before filing. If at any point the matter stops being uncontested — for example, if your spouse disagrees or won't sign — it falls outside the scope of this flat-fee service.

If there is domestic violence, coercion, intimidation, or fear, this is not the right service. Please call 911 if you are in immediate danger, or the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233.
