Common Questions
What's a 'substantial change'?
Generally, a 15% or greater change in income, or a significant change in time-sharing. Changes must be permanent, not temporary.
Can I reduce support if I lost my job?
Possibly, if the job loss was involuntary. Courts look at whether you're making good faith efforts to find comparable employment.

Not included: Court filing fees ($300-$410 depending on case type and county, plus a ~4% statutory convenience fee for card payments), process server fees, notary fees, and other third-party costs are paid separately and are not included in this price.
