What if we settle during the process?
Great! We'll prepare your settlement documents and get your divorce finalized. Any unused time can apply to final documents.
What if I need more than 5 hours?
Additional attorney time is billed at $250/hour. We'll keep you informed of time usage so there are no surprises.
+ $43.66 processing fee
Not included: Court filing fees, process server fees, notary fees, and other third-party costs are paid separately and are not included in this price.
A payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) will be added at checkout as a separate line item.
