Common Questions

How quickly can you be ready?

We can typically be ready within 24 hours. For true emergencies (hearing tomorrow morning), contact us immediately—we'll do everything possible to prepare overnight if needed.

Why is this more expensive than a regular hearing?

Emergency work requires dropping everything else, intensive rapid preparation, and accepting higher risk due to compressed timelines. The premium reflects the urgency and priority service you receive.

What do you need from me?

Everything you have, as fast as possible: the motion or order setting the hearing, any existing court orders, and a summary of the situation. The more we have, the better prepared we'll be.

What if my hearing is in-person?

Most emergency hearings are conducted remotely. If yours requires in-person attendance, contact us immediately to discuss—additional arrangements may be needed.
